Contortion practice : Not sure exactly what this pose is called - anyone know? It’s not perfect but it’s getting there. Any poses like this are great for pole conditioning
Just trying general splits-standing-up poses anyway (even though it’s not quite a full split!). They are a lot harder standing up because you need a bendy back, which I’m not blessed with so I have to try really hard and then in the end things start to happen :)
We were actually practicing the scorpion today, which is a ridiculous move but also amazing and I hope it will be doable one day!
