Hello there :) I have no idea, if you already answered a question but here is mine : How can I prepare myself the best way when I want to pole dance , like any muscles I have to focus on when I workout , or is there a workout that you find best? Love xx
Hiya, pole works your entire body… arms, legs, abs, shoulders etc etc. I started pole without having done any working out or ‘proper’ exercise for ages. I found the best way to build up for pole is to just do it :) You work all kind of muscles you never knew existed so it can be hard to target specific muscles before starting. Whilst muscle strength will develop once you start pole, if you have a head start with upper body and core strength, it will definitely help. Pole is my main workout :) Hope that helps! x
